WELCOME

We focus on building a supportive community through Education, Empowerment, and Physical Activity and are dedicated to creating inclusive spaces and opportunities that promote mental well-being, resilience, and personal growth. Our initiatives include hands-on workshops, collaborations with mental health advisors, support from suicide and bereavement charities, workplace advisory services, and guidance from neurodiversity champions. We aim to make a positive, lasting impact by connecting people with these vital resources.

Our flagship annual intergenerational community event—now in its fourth year—reflects our commitment to fostering understanding, support, and connection. We believe that the factors influencing mental health and well-being are complex and multifaceted. Through our work, we aim to address these challenges together, helping individuals find hope and support when they need it most.

Our guides were absolutely amazing last year in 2023. They were patient and hung back when any of us needed motivating. Despite our cries they continued to encourage us and got us to the top. It's the only reason I signed up to do it all over again, despite the challenge being bigger this year, in 2024.
