JADEN FRANCOIS-ESPRIT
COLLECTIVE CIC
WELCOME
We focus on building a supportive community through Education, Empowerment, and Physical Activity and are dedicated to creating inclusive spaces and opportunities that promote mental well-being, resilience, and personal growth. Our initiatives include hands-on workshops, collaborations with mental health advisors, support from suicide and bereavement charities, workplace advisory services, and guidance from neurodiversity champions. We aim to make a positive, lasting impact by connecting people with these vital resources.
Our flagship annual intergenerational community event—now in its fourth year—reflects our commitment to fostering understanding, support, and connection. We believe that the factors influencing mental health and well-being are complex and multifaceted. Through our work, we aim to address these challenges together, helping individuals find hope and support when they need it most.
EVENTS
In 2021, we launched a campaign for a cultural review of Jaden’s workplace to bring about meaningful change and accountability. To ensure fairness and transparency, Jaden’s mother established the Jaden Francois-Esprit Committee, initially comprised of seven dedicated members. This initiative led to the Independent Culture Review of the London Fire Brigade, chaired by Nazir Afzal OBE, and published in November 2022.

Through this process, we realized the importance of fostering community dialogue and support, which inspired the very first JFEC event—an opportunity to bring people together, share resources, and drive positive change.
