JADEN FRANCOIS-ESPRIT
COLLECTIVE CIC
WELCOME
We focus on building a supportive community through Education, Empowerment, and Physical Activity and are dedicated to creating inclusive spaces and opportunities that promote mental well-being, resilience, and personal growth. Our initiatives include hands-on workshops, collaborations with mental health advisors, support from suicide and bereavement charities, workplace advisory services, and guidance from neurodiversity champions. We aim to make a positive, lasting impact by connecting people with these vital resources.
Our flagship annual intergenerational community event—now in its fourth year—reflects our commitment to fostering understanding, support, and connection. We believe that the factors influencing mental health and well-being are complex and multifaceted. Through our work, we aim to address these challenges together, helping individuals find hope and support when they need it most.
2022
01
Cultural review
Despite JFEC's main focus throughout the year to ensure the JFB cultural review remained open and transparent, nothing could have prepared us for its outcome.
02
Trauma
Seeing Jaden named throughout the cultural review and his experiences used as examples of 'subcultures' while consistently hearing admissions of the failure, yet holding no individual to account, was near impossible to endure.
03
Annual event
Our second remembrance was a community event with invited speakers from The OLLIE foundation, the Firefighters charity and Father Nicholas from our local church, St. Mary's. We are so grateful to them and all the attendees who came out to spend time with us. The weather was glorious and so were you.
Event Held at: Old Isleworthian Memorial, Isleworth, TW7.
